		<description>I just remarked to myself that I would like to make some more soups.  I tried a crockpot beef soup recipe over the weekend which was so-so.  The potatoes could have been softer so perhaps I should try your Mom&#039;s layering idea.

Got to admit I am a cracker kinda soup addition gal though.  A sprinkling of grated Romano or Parmesan cheese on top too.  I got that from my grandfather.</description>
