My daddy said that grandma put turpentine on ringworm. He says that it works. In the book Old Yeller, Travis put turpentine on his ringworm and it was gone within a few days. Another remedy that daddy told me about was pouring kerosene on a cut. He said that was the way grandma always cleaned their cuts. I don’t know if it works or not, but daddy will still pour kerosene or gasoline on his cuts.
